Easter Nests

 

When I was a kid I used to make these Easter nests. They are made using just shredded wheat cereal, torn up, mixed together with melted chocolate and molded into nest shapes. Add on some chocolate mini eggs and some fuzzy chicks and rabbits and they are the perfect treat for Easter. The kids love them, I know my nephew did. 

 I've been taking a sugar flowers class as well and just for this Easter post I thought I'd show off my daffodils. They are made using a special flower paste and a daffodil putter. I will do a sugar flowers post at some point in greater detail. Until then here's a little look.
